AIP: your business's assistant on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
AIP is made by MakeleleTech in Tanzania for small businesses such as clinics, driving schools and consultancies. It answers customers, books their appointments and keeps the owner informed, in Swahili and English.
Answers customers
Replies on WhatsApp in the business's own voice, using only the prices and services the owner set.
Books appointments
Offers free times, books, reschedules and reminds. Online meetings get their own Google Meet link.
Turns comments into customers
Answers comments and messages on the business's Facebook Page and Instagram, then invites people to WhatsApp.
Reports to the owner
Weekly and monthly figures inside AIP, and in the owner's Google Sheet or Notion if they choose.
Connecting your accounts
Each business connects its own accounts from Settings → Connections in AIP, with one button per service. You sign in on Google's, Meta's or Notion's own page and choose what AIP may use. You can disconnect at any time, from AIP or from that service's settings.

Your data stays yours
Every business has its own AIP, with its own database. Nothing is shared between businesses, nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising. Read the privacy policy for the details.
